I have found many things that fill me with joy. The ease of putting in EOB’s is one. I find that as I am putting in thousands of dollars from our favorite payer, BCBS, and come across an issue that requires me to access a patient file, or the need to schedule a patient, I have the blissful SAVE button that allows me to save the EOB I am currently working on, so that I may come back to it later when it is a more convenient time for me. J
Another great feature is the patient statements for billing. It prints out like a REAL bill that is actually easy to understand. No more confusing pt statements! Huge smile from me on this one! J
I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the report that I am able to review regarding our docs collections. This amazing software actually separates the collections by physician. Doc Cristina and I may have actually shed tears of joy at this incredible revelation. This will save me (and Doc CE) MANY hours of painful highlighting, calculating, adding, subtraction, comparing, and recalculating! This is my favorite CoAction feature at the moment! J J
